The cascade of campus antisemitism is a serious threat to the safety of Jewish students, a threat that is being met with lawsuits against universities for fostering an environment hostile to Jewish students.
“In the case of antisemitism, American society did not extirpate it; it merely drove antisemitism underground, where it lay in wait for a chance to return,” writes Senior Legal Research Fellow Paul Larkin.
