Rayshard Brooks was shot dead ina Wendy's parking lot of a Wendy's restaurant, after he was found asleep at the wheel of his car in the drive-through lane. Police bodycam footage shows Mr Brooks being arrested by two officers, he initially complies, then suddenly tries to break free, grappling with the officers as they try to subdue him using tasers. In the struggle, Mr Brooks takes possession of one of the officer’s tasers and then attempts to flee when officers fire on him.
