Sen. J.D. Vance (R-Ohio) and Rep. Michael Cloud (R-Texas) have introduced The Dismantle DEI Act (S. 4516 / H.R. 8706) to comprehensively eliminate taxpayer funding of DEI federal offices, programs, grants, and trainings.
The Left is trying to bring us back in time by using immutable characteristics such as race or sex as hiring criteria instead of an individual’s ability to perform the job. This Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) agenda is being used in the federal bureaucracy and is a form of unconstitutional discrimination that guarantees that under-qualified people will get jobs whose duties they can’t fulfill.
