Case Against Hunter Biden

Things are heating up for Joe Biden now that President Joe Biden’s son, Hunter Biden, he’s gonna be facing charges next week. The Hunter Biden case is coming up, June 3, now the timing of this especially interesting, the jury makes decision on the Trump out today and then like next Tuesday you have Hunter charges. The timing of that in the public memories could damage the impact of the Trump decision. Hunter Biden is going to be on trial next week on June 3 dealing with the gun charges. Joe Biden team requested a delay a couple weeks ago, but the request was denied. I don’t know if intent was trying to delay it, probably because I think they were anticipating a political impact from the prosecution of Donald Trump, that again the political impact of Trump trial would be undermined by the political impact of Hunter Biden trial. The district judge Maryland rejected Hunter Biden request to push the trial in Delaware and which they said was necessary line up witnesses, and go through evidence over by prosecutors. And, further in the Delaware Hunter Biden applying about his drug used and October 28 on form to buy a gun and acknowledged struggling with addiction to crack cocaine during that in 2018. But, his lawyers said that he did not break the law. News, flash folks, addicted to crack cocaine and buy a gun ,and you said you’re not addicted to drugs, you might be charged with lying on that form which is now after being rejected by the judge the trial.

There is not an urgent case of short time between the Delaware trial and the start of another trial and charges in California. Again, as I mentioned, the gun charge, it’s gonna bring in Hunter Biden‘s laptop. They’re gonna have to basically prove that Hunter Biden was on drugs. They’re gonna have to prove that he was on drugs and possibly lied on the form, and they’re gonna have to prove that basically in that process, they’re gonna be bringing up laptop and part of that people are gonna be watching the photos.

Biden probably put on there. I might remind you of him doing naked, push-up between the couch and the desk and you know flashing guns and riding around hookers and things like that doing drugs and taking photos of speedometers while speeding on freeway while smoking drugs in his car while he drives. The lawyers are appealing the district judge rejecting a claim the case violates the second amendment firearm ownership paved the way for this trial to take place in the midst of the president Joe Biden re-election campaign.

I mention it with the gun charge first. You know, the people on Twitter, on social media are saying that black Americans, rappers that some of them people went to jail for really long time on a legal gun charges and so for any of those individuals who have themselves been attacked or that friends have been attacked on that who may not like that if you’re the president’s son and can get away with that. Then, I remember that criminal justice, black voters, that was why BLM and all those things resonated so much with a lot of them, that there is unequal representation of the worse charges were based on color of their skin. When they see the son getting away with something they believe they would go to prison for, that has an impact on them as well.

The gun charge they argue, that’s more cultural. The tax case is the bigger one in terms of actual crime, because it has to deal with foreign business, tax fraud, and things that even maybe Joe Biden himself. What happened basically was the opposite. He was offered misdemeanor tax charges, and that would’ve gotten the gun charges dropped if he didn’t get in trouble for two years, he would’ve been on probation. Don’t commit crime for two years and all goes away. You don’t have to go to jail. It would’ve been a slap on the wrist, because of that sweetheart deal. It had a bit of a back-and-forth, judge and a lot of problems. The deal eventually broke down, and Hunter Biden because of that, is now going to face charges in Delaware and in charges for tax to California.

Again, he’s accused of claiming he was not addicted drugs, buying his gun and then lying on the official government document and then submitting that. Another for allegedly possessing a gun despite being a drug user, submitting the form, and the actual getting the gun. Remember, he was taking photos of it. Hunter Biden taking photos and videos of himself you know, flash, gun, and smoking crack, things like that, it’s gonna be kind of hard that evidence is out there. And because of that, as well, the laptop, that’s gonna be part of the evidence and remember that as well, Hunter Biden laptop was stolen evidence.

It’s also complicated because Joe Biden passed this complicated executive order making it illegal to share nude pictures of other people who have not acknowledged being able to do that. Of course, that does have some real benefits. I’ve been thinking of people wanna like doc somebody or blackmail somebody or you know we know we’ve heard rumors of it happening, but some people suggested the Joe Biden executive order was to help his son Hunter. And, further, some people suggest that somebody who is using the Second Amendment as a defense, could become an advocate for second amendment, Hunter Biden of all people, like you they basically make constitutional protections more broad. Right, pretty bizarre.

The other side is gonna be the bigger one. This is gonna be Hunter Biden facing tax charges and in particular three felonies and six misdemeanors in California around $1.4 million in taxes he allegedly owed in 2016 and 2019. Again that’s gonna be pretty big and that’s gonna look bad because Joe Biden is all about people paying their fair share and is all about people committing tax fraud. They expanded the IRS to go after people like this and when his own son is at least being accused of having done this on what Joe Biden claims is one of the bigger issues in our country. That will open the books on Hunter Biden business and remember those books also possibly tie in Joe Biden.

It’s complicated, we’re gonna be watching.
