Nashville police officer Andrew Delke criticized for not using gun prior to Hambrick shooting

Newly revealed police records show a white Nashville police officer charged with fatally shooting an armed black man who was running away had been admonished by supervisors months earlier for not pulling his gun on another armed suspect in a similar case.
