This is a blatant attempt to get a conservative justice removed or pressured to resign so that Biden can select his replacement. So, how can they ‘fix’ in their minds the Supreme Court problem? Get someone to resign, or die. They tried to get Justice Stephen G. Breyer to retire, to get a more left wing justice on the Court, he said no. Why he will resist calls to retire. We need to start a scandal, Trump White House style conspiracy.
