Despite a prominent government sub-agency (underneath the Department of Homeland Security) labeling the 2020 election as the most secure election in American history, a new study has just been published which found that the massive expansion of mail-in voting—as well as the resultant fraud—almost certainly changed the outcome of the 2020 presidential election.
Specifically, this was a study commissioned by the Heartland Institute titled: “Who really won the 2020 election? Measuring the effect of mail-in ballot fraud in the Trump-Biden race for the White House.”
Let’s dive into this study, and see what it uncovered.

A poll, which was the basis for study, revealed 1 in 5 fraudulent mail-in ballots in 2020.Here are responses to a few important questions:

– 17% admitted they voted in a state where they were no longer a resident
– 21% admitted they filled out a ballot for a friend or family member
– 17% said they signed a ballot for a friend of family member without their permission
– 10% said they knew of a friend, family member or coworker who cast a mail in ballot in a state in which they were not a permanent resident
– 8% of voters said they were offered some type of payment or reward for voting

Each of these is a felony in every state in the country!
