What To Know: A bill ending energy discrimination has been sent to the governor for signing.

The TPPF Take: This bill will end the practice of discriminating against responsible energy producers—in a state that produces more energy than any other.

“Wall Street banks and investment firms are colluding to deny critical financing to the energy producers we all rely on — threatening Texas jobs, our economy, our energy independence, and our quality of life,” says TPPF’s Jason Isaac. “Senate Bill 13 sends a clear message that we won’t stand for this energy discrimination campaign killing American jobs, driving up cost of living, and shifting energy production to unstable countries with poor environmental standards.”
