The South Dakota Senate passed the “Promote Continued Fairness in Women’s Sports” bill on Monday by a margin of 20-15. The House bill 1217 passed last month 50-17.
The nations largest LGBTQ advocacy organization, Human Rights Campaign, criticized Noem’s tweet.
