Secretary-General’s remarks to the UN Human Rights Council: “The Highest Aspiration: A Call to Action for Human Rights”

Our Call to Action singles out seven areas where concerted effort can achieve a quantum leap in progress or avert the risk of backsliding.

Fourth, public participation and civic space.
