“Raising the minimum wage—especially now, in the midst of a government-induced economic slowdown—would devastate small businesses,” says TPPF’s Vance Ginn. “It would hurt those it is intended to help the most, by eliminating jobs, reducing the hours of those who still have them, and by cutting off the lowest rungs of the ladder to success.”
