The TPPF Take: Sen. Sanders’ approach—even if it could pass Congress—wouldn’t work, as even the Washington Post acknowledges.
“What would a workable climate plan look like?” asks TPPF’s Jason Isaac. “More freedom—more freedom for energy markets, more freedom to innovate and more freedom for American families to pursue their own goals, without crushing taxes and mandates. It works; the U.S. is already the world leader in cleaner air.”
