President Trump wrapped up his Japan trip with Memorial Day addresses to troops on U.S. and Japanese Navy ships at a base south of Tokyo.
On board the USS Wasp, an amphibious assault ship, Mr. Trump reiterated his belief in more military spending in front of around 800 U.S. servicemen and women, some of whom wore “Make Aircrew Great Again” patches with an image in the likeness of Mr. Trump on their jumpsuits.
