San Francisco, Seattle, among other liberal cities are a examples of decay and failure. California Dept of Transportation Workers clean up feces, urine, semenal products and other results of runaway homeless camps created by these sanctuary cities. There union has filed suit since their jobs do not include these disgusting type of tasks.
Four states where this is found; California of course, New York, Florida & Texas. Yes, Texas. Anywhere you have liberal sanctuary cities this is happening. In Texas, Dallas, Houston, Austin and San Antonio are cities that are drawing this problem with their liberal policies.
