No better example of how progressive Dems hate American families

From MSNBC:
  • Sen Katie Britt around "her kitchen table, since the kitchen is precisely where the GOP would prefer we women spend most of our lives."
  • "GOP response a 'chilling reminder' of the future Republicans see for the U.S."
Wow. The quotes don't even do these comments justice. Watch when they utter such things. The disdain, repulsive tone and look of disgust says much more. It says there isn't a 'more chilling reminder' of Dem isolation and no better example of how the Dem progressive left hates American families! Not that you need further examples, but, look at this word salad full of nonsensical political narratives:
  • "There’s a reason the “tradwife” — the right-wing Christian ideal of femininity rooted in white supremacy and retrograde politics — is on the rise on social media. Conservatives are scrambling to make the confines of traditional womanhood and obligatory motherhood seem appealing, even soothing, even as they work to ensure that women have fewer choicesabout our bodies, about where our children go to school, about what we can afford to feed our families — than ever."
I underlined the political narratives in this mish-mash. If you are not familiar with political narratives, they are not issues. They masquerade as issues but are not. Political narratives are designed to deceive, and deflect, and distract, and redefine, and camouflage the truth of an issue. There is no truth to any of them. But, the last three require a specific comment. ..."to ensure that women have fewer choices" ...: — "about our bodies". (Not true. Woman can do anything they want with their bodies. Ending the life of a developing human being IS an issue. Why not state the issue instead of the narrative? Because the narrative pretends to be an issue, and sucks people in.  It is deceptive - your body is NOT the issue.) - "about where our children go to school". (Reps are for school choice, how could the right to choose a school be limiting choices on where to send you children to school- Opposite of truth.) - "about what we can afford to feed our families". (this makes no sense. The Biden economy is impacting your ability to feed your families. This must be camouflaging something.) The other 9 political narratives are just the run of the mill, throw away lines that are inserted into every conversation.  They have no meaning other than hate. Hate for mothers.  Hate for wives (tradwife).  Hate for Christians.  Hate for whites(racist).  Hate for anything that differs from their ideology.(tyrannical) Hate for traditional womanhood (tradwife). The hate progresses to lies about confines of traditional womanhood and obligatory motherhood.  All of these are false narratives, but the last two are laughable lies.  If you are a woman that finds marriage and motherhood confining, then don't be a wife or mother. Your potential partner and potential children will be better off if you are not either or both. Look, let's get away from these political narratives and deal with a little reality.
  1. Its okay for a woman to drive a truck. Its okay for a woman to be an astronaut. Its okay for a woman to be a pilot. Its okay for a woman to be CEO of a multi-national company. Its okay for a woman to run a nonprofit group. Its okay for a woman to play sports. Heck, a woman can even be a Democrat, or a Republican and its okay (or, maybe being a Rep is not okay at MSNBC). And, its also okay if a woman wants a family and children and to spend time with that family in her kitchen. It is just okay for a woman to do anything they want, period. It is just a lie to say that Republicans have some 'retrograde' idea of womanhood.  Listening to you guys talk, it would appear that it is you, women at MSNBC, who have a narrow, limited view of what a woman can be.
  2. And, to attack this woman!  This IS a young, professional woman, a US Senator. This IS a woman with an impressive resume. This IS a woman proud of her family and wants to spend time with them. Yet, she is attacked by the hateful, biased, discriminatory left.  The reason they are so hateful, is their entire life has been dedicated to reducing woman in a selfish attempt to make their own lives seem less out of touch with the mainstream of the country.  And every time they see the mainstream woman actually happy and productive, its like a red flag in front of a bull.  They have to attack.  Is this the kind of culture we want in this country?  I think not.  It is certainly not tolerant, or, diverse, equitable and inclusive.
  3. This narrative that the left wants you to believe that Reps want women to go back to some historically limiting stereotype is just ridiculous. The truth of the matter is, based on everything the left says, certainly in this article, and in the panel discussion on the video clip, its the progressives that do NOT want any woman in the home with family and children and in the kitchen. It is a threat of some kind in their narrow minds. This type of thinking is the way authoritarians and tyrants think and act. Be this, or you are not woman. The only thing that matters to the progressive left is that you goose-step march in line and share their sick ideology.
There were certainly things about Sen. Britt's SOTU response you could criticize, but instead you attack her. She became a red-hot target to you. That usually means she hit a sensitive political spot. And, by the way, I didn't think you on the left knew what a 'woman' was? More From MSNBC:
