Leftist billionaire George Soros is leading and funding an all out effort to shut down free speech in the United States. He is determined to shut down any conversation, any exchange of ideas that can impact the upcoming election. Soros is funding and coordinating an all out effort to coerce big tech - including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Google YouTube, etc. – to censor conservatives, censor faith-based groups, censor conservative candidates, and shut down any debate over climate change, the border, crime, etc. You really need to be worried about this man. He’s the greatest threat to democracy we face today. The things he is doing are frightening. Here is what’s happening now - A Soros funded media group called ‘Free Press’ is now leading a new push to restrict free speech. Recently ‘Free Press’ sent a letter urging big tech companies to keep their online platforms safe and healthy in 2024 through six specific interventions. The letter asked tech companies to:

1. adopt election integrity policies,
2. swiftly enforce rules against election lies and hate in political advertising,
3. place greater friction to reduce the visibility and easy distribution of election related content that has been flagged For review,
4. improve transparency and enable civil society oversight of enforcement practices by regularly sharing virality enforcement reports.
5. The letter was signed by 200 civil Society organizations, researchers and journalists according to free press. 45 of the signatories refunded by sorrows to the tomb of $80 million between 2016 and 2022. The claim goal was to reduce "real world harms" and "the rise of extremism and violent attempts to overthrow democratic governments.
6. Free Press cofounder Robert W McChesney says, “our job is to make media reform part of our broader struggle for democracy, social justice, and, there we say it, socialism.”

Of course, its true purpose is to pressure big tech companies to silence speech the left despises as this year‘s election approaches. The MRC also found the Institute for Strategic Dialogue, another signee, received over $3 million from Soros between 2017 and 2022. The House Judiciary Committee found one of the Soros funded groups backing this effort – The Global Disinformation Index – had created a 'hate groups' blacklist targeting conservative and faith based organizations. Another group backing the free censorship scheme is climate change obsessed Global Witness, which pressured Facebook and TikTok to increase censorship operations before the 2022 midterm elections. Soros funded this radical group with the massive $20 million between 2016 and 2022. It’s not just digital media that Soros is after, it’s all media. Soros generously funds influential figures who sit on the boards of NBC, The Washington Post, and Reuters. Soros told the New York Times that he was working to "bend" the ark of history 'in the right direction'. MRC research revealed Soros is tied to a staggering 253 media organizations around the world, giving him the ability to mold public opinion on practically every continent and in many languages. His son Alex, reportedly even more extreme in his leftist views than his father, is taking over this vast network. You can see him in public with the leaders of the American Democrat party. What opinions does he want us to have? He wants to help Biden and the radical life transform America into his vision of a socialist Utopia. And, let’s not forget that Soros has been funding radical prosecutors around the country. New York district attorney Alvin Bragg in New York is one of them. Government records show that Bragg received hundreds of thousands of dollars from the 'Color of Change' PAC just after the group revealed a $1 million donation from Soros. His son Alex Soros generously funded the PAC that backed Bragg's campaign. What about the anti-Semitic rage we see erupting at university campuses and in the streets across our nation? MRC research has found Soros' Open Society Foundations sunk massive amounts of cash into several universities which have been a breeding ground for this radical anti-Israel hate. Specifically Soros has given at least $34 million to 9 universities that have made headlines with these riots. Among the recipients of Soros funding connections from 2016 to 2022 were: Columbia University, Harvard University, University of Pennsylvania, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, the University of North Carolina, University of Southern California, City University of New York, University of California Los Angeles, and, of course, the University of California Berkeley Another group that is figured prominently in campus protest Jewish Voice for Peace was given $500,000 from Soros and he also funded the anti-Israel groups IfNotNow and the Adalah Justice Project. What motivates the Soros family is their obsession to transform America into a socialist paradise. That’s why they constantly work to reshape the United States and the world with their nebulous vision of an open society through billions in funding to the media media outlets, universities, politicians, and left-wing groups. Soros' idea of an 'open society' means global governance, open borders, fomenting unrest, undermining national currencies, and donating millions to groups dedicated to crushing American exceptionalism and capitalism. He, his son, and his foundations have operations in 120 countries and a $25 billion war chest. The things he is doing with this network are frightening.
