As The Wall Street Journal said on Monday, In the Justice Department’s handling of the case involving the president’s son, all we know for sure is that someone is lying. Delaware U.S. Attorney David Weiss says he’s willing to answer Congress’s questions about the Hunter Biden case—but not yet. On Monday he again invoked an “ongoing investigation” as a reason for why he won’t do so now. The problem for Mr. Weiss going forward is that there is no “ongoing investigation” exemption for refusing Congress. Continuing, In a Monday letter to Sen. Lindsey Graham, Mr. Weiss repeats his recent claim to House Republicans that he had ultimate “authority” to charge the President’s son, while also providing a few more details. Mr. Weiss says he never requested a special-counsel designation, but that he did have “discussions with Departmental officials” about a “potential appointment” as a special attorney. The latter would have let him “file charges in a district outside my own without the partnership of the local U.S. Attorney.” He says “I was assured that I would be granted this authority if it proved necessary.” This conveniently gels with Attorney General Merrick Garland’s claim that Mr. Weiss never asked for special-counsel status but could have filed charges anywhere. Yet those claims conflict with the testimony of IRS investigator Gary Shapley. The tax specialist says a team of IRS, FBI and DOJ officials last year were ready to charge Hunter with felony tax offenses in Washington, D.C., and California, but that Mr. Weiss told them in an October meeting that he’d been denied “special counsel authority from Main DOJ” and that he wasn’t “the deciding official on whether charges are filed.” Mr. Weiss last month settled the tax case in Delaware in a deal that will likely let Hunter escape jail time. Evolving almost simultaneously over the past year, the left wing media; CNN, The New York Times, The Washington Post, MSNBC, among others, all are taking renewed interest in the Hunter Biden saga. In the case of Jake Tapper at CNN, actually gaslighting his viewers by saying that he and CNN have always been covering the story going back to 2020. That is hogwash, but the propaganda media always get away with it. Other than the usual frustration with the media, you have to ask yourself the question, why, ahead of the 2024 election, is the media publicly looking at Hunter Biden, when prior to the 2020 election and everyday since, they have censored the story. This included getting '50 intelligence' professionals to lie that the laptop was 'Russian propaganda'. Because, it coincides well with the growing concern over Joe Biden as the 2024 Democrat candidate for President. More and more pressure is building that Joe Biden cannot be a successful candidate for the Democrat party so it is time for the media to do their part to support that palace coup and leave Joe Biden behind in 2024. In addition, with Trump & the many Trump lawsuits providing cover for legacy media, a little attention to the Hunter Biden saga can fly under the radar for their viewers. In 2020, censorship was the correct answer to win an election for Joe Biden. In 2023, an election win means getting Joe Biden off the Democrat ticket. As The Wall Street Journal said, 'someone is lying'. I would say everyone is lying. They are lying so they can get all the propaganda in alignment for the 2024 palace coup, without doing catastrophic damage to Democrats as a whole. Until they get the messaging right, they can stay hidden behind the volume of attention to Trump. When they get the messaging the way they want, everyone, congressional Democrats, the White House, other Democrat presidential candidates, the FBI, CIA and other government institutions, and, of course, the Democrat media, will all be repeating the message. That's how you will know they are ready. The exact same words and narrative will be used. To help decipher all that and separate truth from fiction, you should ignore the 'political narrative word salads' that will accompany the messaging. When you see this, only pay attention to content that is hidden behind the narrative. Things like:

• Naming as Republican, but not Democrat targets.
• ''Joe Biden decided he could not physically continue in the way he wants to serve the country. He has served our country honorably for 60 years, its time to retire'. That means they made him an offer he could not refuse. Similar to the offer they made him and the others in 2019. Who is 'they'? The Democrat power base, led by the personality of Barack Obama with the support of his enablers.
• 'Hunter has been a disappointment for the Biden family and we (Dems & media) support what our law and courts systems have for him as a result of his actions'. That means they are separating Hunter from Joe and the Democrat herd, and whatever happens to him happens to him only. If it is serious jail time, or another slap on the wrist, doesn't matter, nothing to see here with regard to the broader Democrat party.
• As for Mr Weiss and his avoidance of Congress, this will end with some double talk to cover AG Garland, and Weiss hopes he does not have to take too much heat personally.
