As The Hill reports, there is one more nightmare scenario before Biden is confirmed the winner of the 2020 Presidential Election. Everyone agrees its a long shot, and Majority Leader McConnell has reportedly pleaded with Republican Senators not to sign on to objections to the Electoral College results when the votes arrive in Congress January 6th for final approval.

But, there appear to be quite a few Republican Senators who might sign on to House Republican challenges. There are also 4 GOP Senators who have said they will vote for Biden as the winner.

You can read the convoluted, entertaining, educational, and very legal details about the process that may be used on January 6th by Republicans to challenge the Electoral College Results.

If this happens, you will hear in thunderous cries from the media and the Democrats that this has never happened before, it is treasonous, unpatriotic, Republican's only care about winning, not about the country. When you hear this, know that it is a clear example of the hypocrisy and purposely misleading nature of the political narratives of our Democrat media.

Why? Because it happened 4 years ago, and has continued everyday since then, by the Democrat Party and their media. Here is the CNN report on it from January 6, 2017. I doubt they will mention that this coming January. And, a memorable electoral college objection scene led by Maxine Waters.

There has been no hearing on the merits of the election fraud evidence in court yet. Cases have been dismissed becaose they were too late, lacked standing and other appropriate legal details. So, in the next two weeks before the January 6th vote in Congress, we may have other legal challenges and we most certainly will have a Senatorial election in Georgia on January 5th.

With the Supreme Court’s rejection of the Texas lawsuit, it’s over, right? Not so fast. Trump has one more card to play, depending on whether Republicans in Congress are more loyal to Trump than they are to the country. After the electoral votes are cast, they have to be accepted by Congress. ADVERTISEMENT By law, the House and Senate meet together on Jan. 6, and if any state’s ballots are challenged by one member of the House and Senate, the chambers must meet separately and vote on the challenge. Given that 126 members of Congress signed on to the Texas lawsuit to overturn Joe Biden’s victory, and that many GOP senators have not accepted Biden as the president-elect, some states are going to be challenged.
