Several news reports over the past week regarding the Rittenhouse trial have been especially problematic.  Here are three. 1. Ignorance. Rittenhouse was not shooting black people. No one will go out and shoot black people as a result of this verdict. The statement below is to further the political narrative, not the facts, about this case. When we marched in Ferguson, white supremacists would hide behind a hill near where Michael Brown Jr. was murdered and shoot at us. They never faced consequences. If Kyle Rittenhouse gets acquitted, it tells them that even 7 years later they still can get away with it.

2. Violence. Rittenhouse protestors attack a reporter and resist arrest. This is being played up to fit other political narratives, police bullying of protestors and people upset about Rittenhouse shooting. 3. Falsehoods. There is nothing about white supremacy involved in this case. Nothing. But, Biden had to push the narrative during 2016, about Charlottesville and still today. All are falsehoods.
