Yesterday a Federal judge in Brownsville, Texas issued an order to temporarily block a federal immigration program announced vi executive order by President Obama. So we re-issue our view of the motivations for this action by the President published November 20th, 2014. We now start the constitutional distraction intended by the President and the Democrats 2016 election strategy.
