ABC’s
Nightline devoted a long and glowing report to polyamory, the newest anti-family rage, where marriages are comprised of multiple partners, complete with children. On the Nov. 25 broadcast, co-anchor Dan Harris hyped, “More couples opting to become triples or fourples. Live-in lovers spicing up the marital bed, even helping raise the children.” Harris then encouraged viewers to drop their emotions and think whether the polyamorists “might have a point.” Harris cheered on, “Most marriages in America do end in divorce so maybe adding other lovers to the mix could improve the odds.”Reporter Nick Watt then profiled a three-some “marriage,” a couple with a live-in girlfriend, suggesting, “More open relationships might be a modern way to make it work.” One of the polyamorous women, Devi, then cooed, “We share life together. I’ve got a son. It takes a
village to raise a child and it feels really good to have that kind of support.” It takes a village? Hillary, call your office
