Attack Is Followed by Second Blast a Day Later on Trolley Bus That Officials Say Killed at Least 10.

A suicide attacker detonated a bomb at the crowded entrance to the central train station in Volgograd on Sunday, killing at least 16 people, officials said, raising security fears less than two months before the Winter Olympics in Sochi begin.

Early Monday morning, Russian officials reported a blast on a trolley bus in Volgograd killed at least 10 people. The official RIA-Novosti news agency quoted a spokesman for the Investigative Committee as saying it was being investigated as a terrorist act.
