Think ACORN is defunct and no longer able to exert its corrupt influence in the 2012 presidential election campaign? Think again. Splintered across the country, into dozens of difficult to track state organizations, the ACORN network is now working hand-in-hand with the Holder Department of Justice (DOJ) to register voters for Obama’s “Food Stamp Army” to help him retain power in November.

As a result, the integrity of the 2012 elections is now under sustained and systematic assault by the corrupt ACORN network, including Project Vote, the ACORN partner. Specifically Project Vote is working with officials from the White House, President Obama used to work for ACORN, and the Department of Justice to manipulate voter registration laws in key states.

• A total of 70 ACORN employees in 12 states were charged and convicted of voter registration fraud stemming from the 2008 elections.

• Of the 1.3 million registrations Project Vote/ACORN submitted in the 2008 election cycle, more than one-third were invalid.

• Project Vote pressuring the state of Colorado into implementing new policies for increasing registrations of public assistance recipients for the 2008 elections. They are doing the same for the 2012 elections. By itself this is not a problem, however after these policy changes the percentage of invalid and duplicate registrations forms filed in Colorado was four times the national average – 8% versus 1.9%!

• They are pursuing similar cases in Missouri, Ohio, Indiana, Georgia, Massachusetts and New Mexico.

• Project Vote and the NAACP filed a lawsuit on April 19, 2011 in Louisiana alleging violations of the NVRA when Louisiana balked at their shakedown efforts in their state.

• On July 12, 2011 Eric Holder’s Department of Justice Civil Rights Division/Voting Section sued the state of Louisiana again on the same grounds.

• The Obama administration lawyers sued the state of Rhode Island on March 11, 2911 alleging violations of the NVRA. The lawsuit led to policy changes for increasing registrations of public assistance recipients for the 2012 elections.

• Former ACORN Director Gets $445 Mil From U.S. Treasury.

• Just before Christmas the Obama Administration rejected South Carolina’s new law requiring voters to show identification at the polls.

• Documents have been uncovered proving the Obama Administration apparently violated the “Defund ACORN Act” and other laws by sending a $79,819 grant from HUD to a renamed ACORN affiliate – the Affordable Housing Centers of America (AHCOA). AHCOA maintains the same board of directors, executive directors and offices as its predecessor, ACORN.

• In 2007, President Obama said “I have been fighting alongside ACORN …my entire career.”
