Despite Defeats, Atheist Group Set for Major Expansion

The Freedom From Religion Foundation (FFRF), a legal organization of atheists and agnostics, is set for a major expansion at its headquarters in Madison, Wisconsin.
FFRF is known for sending out hundreds of misleading demand letters every year, threating legal action against school districts, cities, towns, and even churches.
The radical group is hoping to raise $1.5 million to complete an expansion that it says, “will enhance the Freedom From Religion Foundation’s capacity, work, visibility, prestige, outreach and future growth. This project will move FFRF — the nation’s largest association of freethinkers (atheists & agnostics) — FORWARD!”
