World has nine years to avert catastrophic warming, study shows
Biden says U.S. will ‘do our part to avert’ a ‘climate hell’ during address in Egypt.
“We’re not ignoring harbingers that are already here,” Biden said in an address to the conference, known as COP27. “So many disasters — the climate crisis is hitting hardest those countries and communities that have the fewest resources to respond and to recover.”
