In response to pro-life policy victories like the Texas Heartbeat Act, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and other pro-abortion lawmakers in Congress last week passed the deceptively named “Women’s Health Protection Act.” Leftists claim the bill would simply codify Roe v. Wade, but Heritage policy analyst Melanie Israel says it is a “radical, far-reaching proposal that would entrench unfettered access to abortion in federal law.”
