U.S. and Other Donors Pledge Billions at UN Event to Promote Abortion and Radical Feminist Policies

Twenty-five years ago, 189 countries adopted a landmark platform to advance women’s rights without creating a right to abortion. This week, the UN commemorated that agreement with a forum in which donors pledged billions of dollars to advance abortion and a radical feminist agenda.

Under the guise of gender equality, billions of dollars were committed at a UN Women conclave this week that will fund abortion groups, promote programs that sexualize children and risky sexual behavior among youth, and exploit poor women and girls. The hijacking of women’s rights efforts by abortion and “sexual rights” groups continues to stall real advancement for women and girls.

And the United States is playing a major role in this.
