Texas Just “Lone-Starred” President Biden – Their Attorney General Unloads A Second Border Lawsuit

The Texas AG has just dropped another lawsuit on Biden.

The state of Texas sued the Biden administration Tuesday seeking to reinstate a Trump-era policy that forced migrants arriving at the southern border to wait in Mexico while applying for asylum…

Texas’s case argues the Biden administration violated the Administrative Procedures Act, with the federal government failing to sufficiently consult with the state before implementing a new plan.

Texas is suing the Biden administration over its ending of the Migrant Protection Protocols, or the Remain in Mexico policy.

This rule required migrants to remain in Mexico as the U.S. decides their asylum claims. Whenever someone is caught trying to jump the border, they often suddenly claim asylum.

Thanks to our broken immigration laws, instead of deporting the defender, we have to process their claims.

Trump required migrants to wait in Mexico, to discourage frivolous asylum claims and to ensure a border jumper isn’t rewarded with a one-way ticket into America.
