It is somewhat less than reassuring that the “official” unemployment rate of around 12% is roughly half of the “real-world” unemployment rate.
The BLS reported that the U.S. employed workforce stood at about 152 million in February.
Could the number of unemployed rise to 38 million from 32 million, a 25% rate of unemployment?
