“Our proposed legislation targets government spending to businesses affected by the pandemic-driven shutdowns,” says Charles Beauchamp in TPPF’s latest paper. “Specifically, it seeks to provide stability to the operating cash flow of these businesses by reimbursing them for their cash losses, and in doing so, it creates the confidence needed for these businesses to retain and rehire their current and former employees.”
