Yesterday was a great day for American energy.

The Supreme Court handed down a 7-2 victory for the Atlantic Coast Pipeline which will bring natural gas from the Marcellus Shale basin in West Virginia to Virginia and North Carolina.

The left-wing Southern Environmental Law Center is in denial and vowed to thwart the pipeline by continuing to bog down the permitting process.

The two Obama justices, Sonia Sotomayor and Elena Kagan were the two Supreme holdouts; continuing their streak of voting Left instead of legal whenever they can.
