America’s delegation to the UN climate conference in Poland plans a message for the world: Abundant, affordable energy is essential and that includes fossil fuels. When America tried to make that point last year in Germany, radical campaigners shut them down.
Climate campaigners sang, chanted and blocked access to the American presentation. The UN allowed it. They even told the mob in advance that they were safe; no action would be taken if they blocked the Americans from speaking. Is free speech and respect for others dead at the United Nations?
