Hillary Clinton on Thursday likened the Republican presidential field to terrorist extremists based on their views of women.

“Extreme views about women, we expect that from some of the terrorist groups,” Clinton said during a campaign speech at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland. ”We expect that from people who don’t want to live in the modern world. But it’s a little hard to take coming from Republicans who want to be president of the United States. Yet, they espouse out of touch and out-of-date policies. They are dead-wrong for 21st century America. We are going forward. We are not going back.”

The Republican National Committee immediately slammed Clinton’s remarks.

“For Hillary Clinton to equate her political opponents to terrorists is a new low for her flailing campaign. She should apologize immediately for her inflammatory rhetoric,” RNC spokesman Allison Moore said in a statement.

Republican presidential candidate Jeb Bush called out Clinton in a tweet, and brought up her defense of Planned Parenthood.

.@HillaryClinton compares pro-life Americans to terrorists, but defends despicable PP treatment of unborn? Her priorities are totally wrong

During a press conference in Greenville, South Carolina, a reporter asked Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump about Clinton’s comments comparing Republicans to terrorists on women’s health.

I will take care of women’s health better than anybody, and far better than Hillary Clinton, who doesn’t have a clue, and I don’t think, maybe she won’t even be in the race.
