No Collusion, No Conspiracy, No Involvement with Russians. Like we didn’t already know that..

To help you fight through the media dust storm of commentary around the release today of the ‘redacted’ Mueller report, here are the important items.

1. “The special counsel’s report states that his, quote, “investigation did not establish that members of the Trump campaign conspired or coordinated with the Russian government in its election interference activities.”
2. “The special counsel did not find any conspiracy to violate U.S. law involving Russian linked persons and any persons associated with the Trump campaign.”
3. “After finding no underlying collusion with Russia, the special counsel’s report goes on to consider whether certain actions of the president could amount to obstruction of the special counsel’s investigation. After carefully reviewing the facts and legal theories outlined in the report and in consultation with the Office of Legal Counsel and other department lawyers, the deputy attorney general and I concluded that the evidence developed by the special counsel is not sufficient to establish that the president committed an obstruction of justice offense.” Apparently they investigated 10 instances of concern.

As you can see from the video, the media immediately attacks AG Barr, showing no respect for the position or his professional reputation. Respect and lack of oversight they routinely gave to Obama AGs. updated 4/19: Targeting Bill Barr.

Barr’s third point is the one the media and Democrats will be focusing on going forward. Plus, any other salacious commentary which is included that the media and Democrats can hype ad nauseum.

Why put #3, written that way, and the salacious details in the report? The 19 Democrats on the Mueller team are feeding the media. Remember the media leaks supposedly from the Mueller investigators that they should demand the report be released?

Barr quote from Mueller report release – bottom line: He is not required to make these reports pubic, but he decided to do so on his own discretion. Yet the media are asking for his resignation for doing so, claiming he is helping Trump. How releasing this report helps Trump, I cannot see. The media and the Democrats continue to only be interested in one thing, getting rid of Trump at all cost!

CNN says: Here are the key lines from the Mueller report. They list 7, yet none of them are one of the three above. Wouldn’t you think these were the 3 key lines or at least 3 of the key lines from the report?

WSJ Says: Mueller Report: ‘Fairness Concerns’ Prevented Obstruction Judgment on President Trump

Obviously not much. Watch out for future media comments about the redactions. Update 4/19: Dems subpoena full report.

Barr further states: I am sure that all Americans share my concern … thanks to the special counsel’s thorough investigation, we now know that the Russian operatives who perpetrated these schemes did not have the cooperation of President Trump or the Trump campaign.

Another key line, if in fact the Mueller Investigation was set up for that purpose. Unfortunately, it appears it was set up for another.
