Trump’s Russia Policy Is Better than It Sounds

The U.S. stands with the U.K. after a vicious attack.

Donald Trump is known for talking a big game, but on Russia he seems to be playing a bigger one. As disappointing as it was to learn last week that our President congratulated Russian President Vladimir Putin on his sham re-election, today’s news underscores an encouraging trend of the White House undermining Mr. Putin and his ability to threaten his neighbors. The Trump message is erratic but the policy appears to be consistent.
