In a 2010 Congressional Budget Office report, the cost of spending on new health care programs was estimated at $929 billion with a 10 year cost of $944 billion; in a 2012 report, the cost rose to $1,053 billion with a 10 year cost of $1,856 billion…

Similarly, the taxes to fund Obama’s health care plan have steadily risen as well throughout the three CBO reports.

The argument that the new health care law will reduce the deficit has also been undermined by the CBO’s newest projections. The latest report changed this estimate from $140B to $4B!
