What Does the County Map of Voting in Virginia Governor Election Tell You?

11/7/17
from The Gray Area:

This is the county voting map for tonight's gubernatorial election in Virginia.

Notice anything about this map?

Looks eerily similar to the 2016 County Map showing where votes came from that allowed Hillary Clinton to win the state.

So, what did we learn from the Democratic victory in the 2017 Gubernatorial election. Its a blue state. Hillary was a bad candidate, Northam won by more than Hillary. Same people voted in both elections. Urban elites vs the rest of the country. And turnout! It appears more of the same people turned out for the Democrats. Did Trump supporters stay home?
